Kellie Stonier, Founder & Principal

Kellie is an intellectual property lawyer and registered trade marks attorney with deep experience helping clients identify, protect and enforce their IP assets in Australia and internationally. After 25 years of advising major brands, innovative businesses and global rights holders, Kellie established Stonier IP, a boutique practice dedicated to delivering strategic and commercially grounded IP solutions.


Kellie's experience spans the full spectrum of contentious and non‑contentious IP matters. She has acted in complex trade mark, copyright, competition & consumer law, confidential information, design and patent disputes. Kellie has particular expertise in trade mark portfolio management, oppositions and revocation proceedings, international brand protection strategies and advertising and marketing law.
